We welcomed all our new S1 students today, Tuesday 20th August. They came down through the old entrance in a sea of purple and gold, accompanied by S6 buddies, senior management, guidance staff and their personal support teachers. Our S3 piper, Andrew, led them as they walked back into the new entrance and up to the assembly hall for their welcome assembly. The whoel school welcomes them and wishes everyone a fantastic year ahead.
South Ayrshire summer schools out activities are now available to book online:

Marr Musical Theatre presents ‘Grease’ – and opening night is less than a week away!
Starring a host of S1 to S6 singing, dancing and acting talent, don’t miss this story of teen romance with the best songs from the 1978 movie.
‘Greased Lightning’, ‘Sandy’, 'Hopelessly Devoted to You’, ‘We Go Together’ and ‘You’re the One that I Want’ will take you back to those heady high school days.
There will be a live band, under the Musical Direction of Miss Kirsty Walker, with choreography devised by the company and our amazing dance troupe.
There will be a Tuck Shop – and interval refreshments to purchase on the evening to raise funds for future productions.
School ties are available to purchase from ‘Ayrshire Schoolwear’ in Kilmarnock. They have Marr stock in store. Price £5.50 or £5.99 for longer length. We encourage all pupils to wear their school tie as part of school uniform.
