At 11am on the 11th November Marr College, like many schools across the country, fell silent for two minutes to remember those who have died in war. Staff and Pupils were guided through remembrance day by a Tutor Time lesson planned by the history department. Everyone was asked to think about why we remember, who we remember and whether the day should be a sad one or not. Their thoughts were then recorded on a red poppy and the librarian displayed them in a striking display in the school library.
