SQA is carrying out a large-scale evaluation of the 2023 approach to National Qualifications assessment and they would like to hear from as many learners as possible. The evaluation covers all parts of the assessment process in 2023, including the appeals and exam exceptional circumstances consideration services.

It is important for SQA to understand how the system worked in practice, and to develop a deeper understanding of the views of both learners and practitioners. They anticipate that the key findings of this research will be published in early 2024.
